From his early days in South Georgia, to the past two decades in Metro Atlanta, Bryan has consistently treated people fairly and honestly, accomplished many victories for clients, and maintained a reputation for excellence. He has served as an Assistant District Attorney in both the rural and urban settings, handling matters ranging from juvenile delinquency to multiple-homicide, death penalty prosecutions. As criminal defense counsel for over 15 years, Mr. Lumpkin has been able to successfully represent those charged with the most serious of offenses, including murder, child molestation, aggravated sexual battery, along with handling various other felony and misdemeanor offenses.
